Paul helped me out at very short notice, even though the garage was busy. Professional, courteous and helpful staff, nice clean garage and waiting area, just how a garage should be. Can't recommended highly enough. Thank you once again.

I’ve struggled to find a mechanic I can trust, especially as a woman who knows next to nothing about cars, but St Paul’s have been reliable, fairly priced and generously didn’t charge when minor faults were super easily fixed.

The team at St.Pauls are very easy to deal with and thorough. Our Kia needed work on the front brakes, they were reasonable in both price and timescale to get this done. They then investigated the barking system overall, as the rear brakes could be in similar poor condition - which they were. Extra work was carried out to prevent future difficulties rather than just leaving us to have further trouble in the future.

Lovely garage! They came to rescue me when my battery died in Southbourne. They were there within ten minutes of me calling, even though they were busy they still made the time to help me and it was so appreciated. Would highly, highly recommend, I take my car here all the time anyway and they always do a brill job. Thanks guys!

My mum had come back to car and wouldnt start as she'd left the lights on. Called breakdown and said 60-90mins so thought would call this garage on the offchance that someone could jump starts it. Understandably they said they were busy but then called back 2mins later and said they could get someone to pop up. Within 15mins of that call my mum was up and running rather than waiting for the breakdown company. Was so much appreciated and great service. Thank you 😊

Exceptional service from ST Paul's this week. Phoned to query the cost, and their availability, to replace a headlight bulb. They had immediate availability and the bulb was replaced within 5 minutes of phoning. Exceptional!

These guys are brilliant. They are kind, honest and have serviced my partner’s car several times. They explain exactly what needs doing, whether there may be extra stuff that might crop up and how much it might cost - they are very transparent about costs and are great value for money and are very thorough.

We’ve had several makes of car serviced here and I’d choose them over a main dealer any day. Absolutely five star service!

Steves a good guy, very helpful, got the problem with the truck sorted quickly and at a reasonable cost , I dread to think what Nissan would have charged, wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend .

Trustworthy, friendly garage.
I've been using St Pauls Garage for a number of years now to MOT and service both of our cars and they've always been great. Recently brough my VW in for a door lock issue, their supplier let them down but they pulled out all the stops to get all four door locks replaced in good time, on price and fixed, a window winder at no extra cost. Any minor issues quickly resolved. Can't recommend St Pauls enough.

This is the 2nd time that I have used St Pauls. The first time they did my MOT and a little bit of extra work I requested. Halfords quoted me £450 for new brake pads & discs to get my car through it's MOT, St Pauls said it didn't need them yet and it flew through its MOT no problem.
This time I took my little Mini for a major service. They had a look and I didn't need a few of the major service items yet, so honest. Great service for my service from the lads and an impressive, clean, modern workshop to boot, 4 ramps/workstations.
This is not your typical backstreet garage...(though technically it's down a backstreet).
Highly recommended if you want good, honest, experienced mechanics and not rip off merchants.

Can't recommend St Pauls enough for prices, service, knowledge,friendliness. Was actually welcomed with a smile dropping car off. Instantly felt validated and valued as a customer. My previous private garage, I was given the impression that I was was a hassle, they didn't want my business, couldn't fit me in and they missed major parts during an MOT. As well as this. The main dealer workshop at Mercedes (office staff were good, just to be clear) after a major recall, replacement rear subframe, put broken rear springs back on the car 🤦‍♂️. That says it all really. I'm not a difficult person, quite the opposite in fact but don't like to be messed around, and I was. St Pauls filled me with confidence, replaced the rear springs, pads, drop links. The bill was very respectable considering a Merc. It's very hard to find a trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly garage nowadays. I will be going back and recommending.

These guys are great, they’ve serviced my cars for years and helped with a full engine rebuild on my jeep. Paul and Jeff especially have been incredible , sound advice, generally honest and wanting to do the best without overspending. Highly recommended.
